Known as The Superhost Mentors, founders of Elevïn Design Group and Elevïn Hosted Stays, we are Brad and Shawn Hernden, real estate and design enthusiasts.
Shawn tours around the globe with Cirque du Soleil: a Canadian entertainment company renowned for its mesmerizing blend of circus arts, theatre and music. Brad has carved a path as a visionary entrepreneur in the world of real estate and design. Together, we co-own and manage a portfolio of short-term and vacation rental (STR) properties that have become the cornerstone of our professional success.
We deliver aesthetically pleasing, comfortable interiors and provide exceptional guest experiences. We transform our properties into coveted short-term vacation rental (STR) destinations to travellers, earning the esteemed title of Superhosts on short-term and vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.
In a short period, we have earned over 125 reviews, 5-stars, and have been awarded “Guest Favourite” in offering one of the most loved homes on Airbnb.
As shorter-term vacation rental Superhost Mentors and Ambassadors, we provide marketing strategies and guest experience tools to help short-term rental hosts optimize their return on investment and cultivate more positive, 5-star guest reviews in their own STRs.
