Our design projects
We’re twin brothers. Together, we own Elevïn Design Group and Elevïn Hosted Stays, and manage a portfolio of short-term rental and vacation properties that have become the cornerstone of our professional success. We’re known as The Superhost Mentors in the short-term and vacation rental world.
Before our journey began in hosting 5-star STR experiences, we had a shared passion for real estate and residential design projects, and they served as the thread that creatively connected us to each other.
Our experience in interior design led us to deliver aesthetically pleasing, comfortable interiors that have provided exceptional guest experiences and transformed our STR properties into coveted destinations for travellers. Through this, we have earned the esteemed industry title of Superhost and are short-term and vacation rental experts and ambassadors on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.
Beyond our individual pursuits, we find ourselves inexorably drawn back to each other by the bonds of family. Our greatest thrill is in offering unique guest experiences at our short-term vacation rentals that speak to who we are as brothers, and the environments and experiences our family loves the most.

Front Street, Stratford
The Edwardian style of this single family, two-and-a-half story residence is classic and presents a simple, balanced facade with linear roof lines, a large front porch facing west and smooth brick, made local in Stratford, Ontario.
The interior design inspiration of this home is contemporary yet comfortable, with stunning wood panelling applications, layered with softly-textured furnishings and period architectural details.

Spahaus 7, Mont Tremblant
Spahaus 7 is a luxe chalet cabin situated seventy-five minutes northwest of Montréal, and a brief yet stunning drive through the Laurentian mountains to the north side of Tremblant. It is a 5-star short-term rental and vacation property.
Here you’ll find a 1,300 sq.ft., metal-roofed home with cedar plank and cement slab walls. The French-Scandinavian interiors pair seamlessly with the Northern European development concept of Montréal’s YH2 Architecture.

Quartier Général 727, Montréal
Located steps from the banks of the wonderfully pedestrian and dreamy Lachine Canal, Quartier 727 was built in 2022 by Prevél and is a 2-bedroom live/work pied-à-terre in bustling Little Burgundy-Griffintown West of Montréal.
This suite was meticulously curated for a business professional or a couple, looking to escape the hustle of an active city.

Victory Lofts, King West Toronto
This rare floor plan is sought after in the Victory Lofts of Toronto’s downtown.
Featured in NOW magazine for its stylish interior design, and as an example of ideal condo living in the city’s bustling entertainment and financial district, King West presents a 400 sq.ft. urban terrace opening to the historic, red-brick Patagonia building.

Wildview Farms Stumps Shop
Wildview Farms and Industries specializes in crafting one-of-a-kind natural wood pieces for indoor and outdoor living.
The wood stumps can be used solo or grouped in pairs, and are hand-created by Dave Horenberg and Brad Hernden, in a studio just outside of Stratford, Ontario Canada.
Wood pieces are ethically and environmentally sourced.
