  • Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.

    Avoid the use of chemicals and household cleaners.

    As the stumps are solid blocks of wood, they respond to environmental factors such heat, light and humidity. Expect further movement of the wood as it acclimates to new environments.Protect your furniture by avoiding direct contact with air conditioning units or heating vents.

    Recommended for indoor use only.

  • Our shop is located near Stratford, Ontario, Canada.

    If you are a customer located within 15 km of our shop, we are pleased to get the product to you and/or arrange for a customer pick-up at no cost.

    If you are a customer located more than 15 km from our shop, we are pleased to discuss offering a delivery service at a fee.

    Once you have placed your Request to Purchase, indicating where you need the item shipped, you will receive an email notification from us to arrange payment and coordinate the pick-up or drop off.

  • Our product inventory constantly changes, depending on the products we obtain from the environment.

    We are pleased to chat with you about a custom item. Contact us!

  • Solid wood may eventually crack, split, and/or may be impacted by heat and humidity fluctuations. This is normal and typical of natural wood.

    We do not offer refunds. Once the item is inspected by the customer at the delivery, and payment is made, the transaction is final.
