No Refunds

As we provide digital products that are non-physical and irrevocable, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

This said, we do want to know if there is a technical problem with the product so that we can help to resolve the matter. We consider a technical problem to be one of the following:

  • Non-delivery of the product: due to mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server where you might not receive a delivery email from us.

  • Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Please report any major defects directly to us.

When to Report

As the customer, you are required to report product technical issues within 7 days of the product purchase.

Customer Responsibility

As a customer you are responsible for understanding our Return Policy upon purchasing any item on our site. We have no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

  • You change your mind about an item;

  • You bought an item by mistake;

  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item;
